We announced on Facebook LIVE that we will be taking a pause from now until July 12th.
You may or may not know about that pesky pandemic that took over the world a while back? You may or may not know that we used to travel quarterly, giving us the bandwidth to catch our breath, reenergize and resurface with vigor. Since our last trip - just before that pesky pandemic - not only have we not traveled or been anywhere, we also never missed a beat. We have been going, full throttle for over a year, working 6-days a week. I share, not as a gripe; quite the contrary! We are FORTUNATE to have maintained our status quo. I communicate so that you are aware of our borderline burnout.
SO...what does this look like? It looks like closing our cafe for a few weeks, putting a pause on meal prep, maintaining the events we already have booked and going back to the drawing board. What's working, what is not and everything in between. This decision has been made with thought, care and most importantly you in mind.
We will continue to communicate on Facebook, as well as through this platform. Definitely mark July 10th on your calendar. While the Rollick has been canceled we are partnering with another event on Race Street, in the evening. More to come on that front.
In the meantime, we ARE bringing world peace, one hug and a time. And please...take ten minutes, each day, to just...b.
